Strong growth of sales with new potential users from different application fields, leads us to be more involved with the regulatory and legal aspects of enzyme use in general.

Hamme, BELGIUM, March 2006.

Launch of a new very highly active papain protease   P1.2

Some specific niche market developments indicated a demand for a highly concentrated papain powder. New development in separation technology applicated on fresh liquid green papaya latex, has lead to a 1100-1200 TU powder (60 to 75.000 USP).

This extreem refined product devoid of some inactive components is now available on request in large volumes.

The packaging size remains the well known 25 kgs net fiber drum with inner double 150µ PE bag for best airtightness.

This new vegetal powder protease issued from the same refining plant which has already made P1 so popular, will be marketed under the name of  P1.2. This completes the range of our concentrated papain products including P1 and P1 NAS (No Added Sulphite).

Hamme, BELGIUM, October 2005.

Launch of 200 TU liquid papain

A 200 TU liquid papain protease was developped end 2003 and marketed starting May 2004.

The stability results on a two year storage under variable conditions were found to be excellent.

This high proteolytic active product gives a considerable advantage for remote users with proper diluting capacity.

The product is available in 1000 L containers for worldwide export.

Further research is undertaken to develop an even higher potency with optimal stability.
